Innovix Robotics recently launched the new mobile robot AMR S1200L based on the new controller ROC1000, which is designed to meet the diversified needs of manufacturing and warehousing logistics, and can be deployed in as little as 1 week without the need for site modifications.
The heavy-duty AMR-S1200L is designed with practicality and flexibility in mind, and can operate efficiently in indoor/outdoor, narrow/open, high light/dark environments, etc. It is equipped with a jacking mechanism, which is suitable for more types of top-loading applications, and significantly improves logistics efficiency and production quality.
Higher Load Capacity, Stronger Scenario Adaptability
AMR S1200L has a rated load capacity of 1200kg and a dead weight of only 350kg, making it light and flexible. The superior body design meets the needs of jacking, roller, manipulator, submerged traction, head and other types of top loading applications, and supports secondary development, which can be widely used in non-standard handling scenarios.
Laser SLAM navigation, ±2mm high-precision positioning
Advanced laser SLAM and vision fusion navigation technology not only supports ±2mm secondary high-precision positioning, but also has flexible obstacle avoidance capabilities to ensure the safety of people, vehicles and goods, to meet the needs of different logistics scenarios, such as handling in the warehouse, warehouse transfer, line-side distribution, in and out of the warehouse and so on.
System platform support to realize data interconnection and interoperability
AMR S1200L is equipped with Innovix Robotics' latest robot cluster scheduling system, Artisteallar-Crystal Array, which can realize the cooperative operation and intelligent scheduling of hundreds of robots on different floors, improving the efficiency and flexibility of warehouse logistics. Combined with the self-developed warehouse management system, it empowers real-time warehousing operations such as warehousing inbound, storage, picking and outbound, breaking the data silos and realizing data interoperability and information sharing.
360°Security Protection, Guaranteeing Worry-free Handling
Innovix Robotics' AMR series has been certified by the international authoritative certification body - CE Rheinland for vehicle safety, which can realize 360° safety protection. The front and rear are equipped with dual laser scanners with millisecond response capability, which can support a maximum detection range of 40m, 3m obstacle avoidance for non-low obstacles, and 6m obstacle avoidance for ordinary obstacles; the vehicle is equipped with 4 emergency stop buttons and embedded SICK-PLC kit, so that safety can be prepared.
